Charnway natural gas generator sets provide efficient and reliable power for factories, commercial buildings, farms, biogas projects, distributed energy systems and combined heat and power applications. Customized 50Hz and 60Hz gas gensets are available.
Natural gas generator sets convert gaseous fuel into reliable electrical power, making them suitable for customers with stable local gas supply.
Compared with conventional diesel-powered solutions, gas generators can offer a cleaner-burning power option with lower particulate emissions when properly configured and operated.
Charnway gas generator sets can be configured for long operating hours, making them suitable for continuous-duty and prime-power applications.
For projects connected to a stable natural gas pipeline, there is often no need to store large quantities of diesel fuel on site.
Depending on the selected engine and fuel system, the generator can be configured for natural gas, biogas, LPG or other approved gaseous fuels.
Gas generator sets can be integrated into CHP systems to recover engine heat for hot water, heating, drying, steam or other thermal applications.
